Nagara Viduthi construction progress

1. 03rd Jan to 10th Jan 2023 - completed on below Works

• 3rd-floor slab shuttering and steelwork
• 2nd-floor cleaning and material shifting work
• 2nd floor Brick laying work started and is in progress.
• 1st-floor lintel shuttering and steelwork
• 3rd-floor slab concrete pouring work we will be sharing the progress updates.

2. 18th to 23rd Jan 2023 - completed on below Works

• 1st floor LINTEL above Brick work.
• 2nd floor LINTEL level brick work in progress.
• 2nd floor ceiling and column hacking work
• 4th floor column shoe concrete work
• 1st floor remaining lintel shuttering and steel work
• 1st floor lintel and sunshade concrete pouring work
• 4th floor column steel lapping work
• Bricks, river sand and 20mm Aggregate has been arrived for construction work.
• Lintel sunshade Water poured

 

3. 28th March to 5th April 2023 - completed on below Works

• OHT and LIFT column shuttering and steel work
• Parapet Brick laying work
• 4th floor shuttering and steel work
• 4th floor lintel concrete pouring work
• 4th floor lintel above brick laying work
• 3rd floor plastering work
• 4th floor column steel lapping work
• Cements, Bricks and river sand (Plastering) has arrived for construction work.

 

4. 4th to 10th May 2023 - completed on below Works

• Sunken area plastering work
• Lift side wall brick laying work
• OHT top cover slab and terrace bathroom shuttering and steel work
• sand cleaning and materials shifting work
• OHT slab ,terrace, lift beam concrete pouring work
• Water poured
• Scaffolding work

 

5. 18th to 23rd May - completed on below Works

• Outer scaffolding (west)
• Outer plastering work (East)side completed
• 4th-floor plastering work
• Ground floor modification work
• River sand cleaning and materials shifting work
• 2nd-floor 1st coat putty applied.
• 1st and 2nd-floor Plumbing line work.

 

6. 24th to 31st May - completed on below Works

• 4th floor plastering work
• Outer scaffolding and plastering work (west side)
• 1st ,2nd ,3rd floor plumbing floor line work
• 2nd floor 1st ,2nd coat putty applying work and rubbing work
• 3rd floor 1st coat putty applying work

 

7. 8th to 14th June - completed on below Works

• Staircase Area chipping and plastering work
• North side Outer plastering work completed
• 4th-floor door frame fixing work
• 3rd-floor 2nd coat putty and rubbing work
• OHT plastering and chipping work
• Staircase entrance shuttering and lintel concrete pouring work
• Sand cleaning and materials shifting work

 

8. 15th to 21st June - completed on below Works

• Staircase chipping and plastering work
• Headroom and lift room outer plastering work
• Lift entrance lintel above brickwork
• Sand cleaning and materials shifting work
• Parapet plastering work
• Lift inner button mark fixing work
• 4th-floor 1st coat putty applying for work
• Cement has arrived for construction work.
